This website is operated by The Clothing World, Amroha, Uttar Pradesh 244221, India, under the name Amrohaweave. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products. Our products are handmade. We try to show colours and details accurately, but they may look slightly different on your screen, and each piece varies a little.

Prices. All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price at the time you order is the price you pay.

Orders. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or wrongly priced. If we do, you receive a full refund.

Payment. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment provider.

Shipping and returns. See our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Use of the site. Please do not misuse the site, copy its content or images without permission, or place fraudulent orders.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Amroha, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
