Refund policy

Return window. You may return a product within 7 days of delivery.

Condition. The item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with its tags and original packaging.

Not returnable. Made-to-order or customised pieces, and items bought on sale, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Handmade variation. Slight differences in colour, weave and finish are natural in handmade products and are not defects.

How to return. Email amrohaweave@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We will arrange a pickup where the courier offers it; otherwise we will ask you to send the item to our Amroha address.

Return shipping. If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we pay for return shipping. For other returns, Rs 100 is deducted from the refund to cover pickup.

Refunds. Once we receive and check the item, the refund is made to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Exchanges. Size exchanges are free once per order, subject to stock.

Cancellations. You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched.
